Sandra Oh’s Spicy Sesame Noodles

8 oz. thin noodles
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. rice vinegar
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. chili paste
1 tbsp. honey
Green onions
Sesame seeds

Cook 8 oz. of noodles. Mix 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 tbsp. rice vinegar, 1 tbsp. sesame oil, 1 tsp. chili paste, and 1 tbsp. honey. Toss noodles in the sauce and top with green onions and sesame seeds.

The Science of Rainbows

Rainbows are one of nature’s most stunning displays, created through a fascinating interplay of light and water. They form when sunlight passes through raindrops, which act like tiny prisms. As the light enters a raindrop, it slows down and bends (refraction), then reflects off the inside surface of the drop and finally disperses as it exits. This process splits the light into its component colors, creating the vibrant spectrum we see: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet. The angle at which light exits the raindrop determines the order of these colors, with red appearing on the outer edge and violet on the inner edge.
